Items purchased from this Via Media Publishing website can be returned within 14 days for a full refund, subject to the return guidelines listed below.

To Return an Item:

1) Pack your book(s) in its original new condition in a padded box or envelope.

2) Include a copy of your receipt, which includes your order number.

We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the book(s) [excluding import duties, taxes and/or delivery charges from you to us]. 

Damaged product(s):

If the book is damaged please contact us, quoting your Order Number, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund. Email:
